Selling Your HomeIf you are planning to sell your home, it has been proven (and is very important) that the way your home shows determines greatly how quickly it will sell, and the amount you will get for it. I have a great deal of experience in assisting clients in preparing to put their home on the market by changing and rearranging rooms, creating warm and inviting settings, and sometimes changing the color of the walls or adding a few accent pieces that you can take with you to your new home. I personally sold our last home (for sale by owner) to the first person who saw it and on the first day I put out the for sale sign. I am CONFIDENT that the reason it sold so quickly (for our asking price) is because of the way it "showed". Several others wanted to buy it, but we sold it to the first person we showed it to.
